Yさんとスクォーミッシュ（１） Back to Squamish

Having survived Vancouver International Airport, we headed north towards Squamish. We got a bit lost downtown but a nice cyclist in Starbucks pointed us in the right direction and we eventually made it a bit after lunchtime.  空港から北のほうへ向かって、目的はスクォーミッシュだった。下町でちょっと未知を迷ったけどとうとう着きました。

 

I was hungry (as usual) so we stopped in at the pub for a bite.

おなかちょっとすいたのでパッブに寄った。

The fish and chips at this place is magnificent! 昼食はフィッシュで。。。

  

And we picked up a beer brewed at that pub to share at home later. 

おいしいビールを家で飲むために買っておいた。

Squamish is a stunning location. スクォーミッシュはきれいなところ。。。

We got back in the car and headed 15 minutes north...スクォーミッシュから１５分ぐらい北のほうへドライブした。

...to a beautiful valley...景色きれい。。。

 

...the Canadian Alps??
