二日間の会議が今日で終わり。とても楽しかったけど信じられないほど忙しかった。今夜、8時前に寝てしまうと思う。。。The two-day conference was a hit but I am exhausted...I might be in bed before 8pm...This is a shot of the entrance...入り口からの写真。。。

I was in a conference all day so had no time for a fun upload. So this is an old photo...from September...今日は一日中会議中だった。楽しいtぷ公の時間がなくてごめん。その代わり、前の写真をアップします。ままからまた誕生日のカップです。はい、分かった！

I love this room!

This was the gorgeous room we had Friday through Sunday--two nights of bliss. We got the suite so people could hang out in the front room if they wanted to talk.  Oh, and I really really wanted this whirlpool bath tub! 週末のスウィートです。二泊でちょっと足りなかった。このお風呂はすごかった。一回しか使えなかったけど天国だった！

What a great bathroom...いいね。。。

The weekend!

Sorry for the late posts--we were away this weekend in Vancouver, Washington finally making our relationship legal! It was a lovely small ceremony on in a hotel on the banks of the Columbia River between Washington and Oregon. And we had great weather. 週末にワシントン州に行ってきた。アメリカの法律が変わったのでやっと入籍ができた。週末は二人の10周年記念でいいタイミングだと思った。天気も良かった！この川のそばでいいイベントになった。

We had the small event in the Vancouver Room...この部屋はバンクーバー部屋です！いい名前じゃ！

They set it up really nicely...much fancier than we had planned, but it was nice (and we didn't have to do anything!) 思ったよりおしゃれになった。。。いいけど。。。

This was the deck outside our room--we walked directly from the suite to the Vancouver Room so it was nice and easy...泊っていた部屋からイベント会場まで1分の散歩でとても便利。

And yes, the weather was great the whole day! 一日中こんな天気！

Gym!

I completely forgot to upload this last Thursday...I was too busy at the gym (and preparing for the weekend...)  Bad blogger Debbie! 先週の木曜日の投稿をすっかり忘れちゃいました！良くないなー！

I had a meeting in Vancouver the other day...gosh this is a beautiful city...この間バンクーバーで会議があった。この都市って本当にきれいです。

A lovely Saturday...いい土曜日だった。。。

We had a lovely day in Bellingham yesterday. We got across the border early and did some shopping. We were in the Bellis Fair Mall and stopped for lunch at the lovely food court, that even has chairs and tables for kids...　昨日、ワシントン州のベリングハム市でちょっと買い物した。ここでお昼した。子供用の椅子や机もあって可愛いな。

I found a fabulous purple dress that I will never wear. I tried it on and it was gorgeous. But when would I use it?　このワンピースもみつけった。着てみたけど使うイベントがまったくない。ちょっと残念けど着てみてよかった！

And then I had a glorious food massage and pedicure. ペディキュアもやった！贅沢だね！

My yesterday on the Sunshine Coast...昨日はサンシャイン・コースト

昨日、サンシャイン・コーストへ出張した。ここでお昼。 I went to the Sunshine Coast yesterday for work. 

このパッブは超カナダちっく。 The pub felt really Canadian, with hockey jerseys and First Nations canoe.

ケローナ市訪問 Visiting Kelowna

先週、ケローナ市に日帰りで出張した。このカフェでランチを食べた。This is the cute coffee shop I visited while in Kelowna last week.

猫が好きなオーナーさんかな。 I guess the owner really likes cats...

あ。。。これも見た。年配の方のがよくいらっしゃるところなのでコーヒーショップにゲームなどは持っていけない。あれ？大人でしょう！ I saw this in the area as well...in a seniors centre. Are we adults or what? Trust me! I will take my scooter where I darn we'll please!

Mexican moment! メキシコレストランで。。。

この間、Lの両親と面白いレストランで外食した。メキシコ風でこの椅子がすごいなーと思った！We went to a really interesting Mexican restaurant with L's parents recently. Check out these chairs...

And yeah, the food was pretty good, too. 食べ物も美味しかった！

Some of us even had salad! 健康的なサラダを注文した人もいた。

Not all of us...but hey... あとはビーンズやチーズを食べた人。。。
