Friday's post

I forgot to post last night...I went to bed in a grumpy huff because this cough is no fun...but we did get to see a lovely rainbow :-)

Still sick...

Still sick, but had Mexican food for dinner and having another early night...

Sore throat...heading to bed 喉痛いのでちょっと不幸せ

Started off the day with tea...紅茶で今日がスタート。。。

Finished up with soup and calamari...time for bed after a long day...ベトナム料理で今日が終わった。お休み！

Biking, budgets, and early to bed バイクで通勤、予算作り、早寝

今日も自転車で通勤した。エネルギーがまりなかったのでゆっくりした。仕事で大変な予算まっかり作った。帰ったらすごく疲れた。830に寝ちゃった。Today I had little energy but managed to bike to work and do budgets all day. I was tired so headed to bed by 830pm! 

日曜日はお買い物

今日はお買い物が必要になった。2人で行ってよーく頑張った。

The only day this week I drove to work was Earth Day! Ugh! And then we had pizza for dinner. Promise to be better to the planet and my body tomorrow!

Big news day...大ニュースの日

今日はエリザベス女王の誕生日です。９０歳ですごい元気みたい。まだまだ仕事をしていて大変だと思う。面白い写真が今日出た。すごいぴんぴんだね！

ちょっと残念なニュースもあった：プリンスが亡くなりました。５７歳で若くて残念。私はファンではないけどちょっと。。。

26km on a bike 自転車で26キロ

今日は自転車で結構運動した。仕事までいって、スペイン語のクラスまで行って、最後に自転車で帰ってきた。楽しかった！I have a good biking day today--to work, then to Spanish, and finally home from class. It was fun but I need some sleep now :-)

今日また暑かった！Hot again today...

Today was another hot day in Eugene--with highs of 27C yesterday and today. Unbelievable temperatures for April! 今日も27度ぐらいまで気温が上がってしまった。4月なのに。。。The good news is I biked again...自転車ですいごろまで行ってきたのは良かった。

早起き、早寝 Sleepy all day

Very sleepy Monday--got up too early and am headin to bed by 920pm. 今日は一日中眠かった。Lが早く出たので一緒に起きて、おにぎりも作ってしまった。早くふとんに入ります！お休み！

Cabin in the woods 森にある小屋根

We didn't have very good internet connection at the cabin so posts for Saturday and Sunday went up to gather. There were lots of lovely plants in the area...With flowers for bees...

...and opportunities for photo practice...

The resort even had a pool and hot tubs...

...and we played some pool as well...

We even managed to get out to the beach to fly a kite...

All in all a lovely getaway weekend...

Glamping in Florence

We're out at the coast with friends having some time in nature. We're not camping as such...more of a fancy cabin...

Bussing home バスで帰っている

今日はやる気全くなかった。どうしてだろう。去年はベトナムで旅行中だった。そのほうが楽しかったかも。しょうがないね。。。バスで帰っていい週末を目指す。I had a hard time focusing today...I think I would rather have been on Halong Bay, which is where I was this time last year. Hopefully I will feel better after I bus home.

今日、停留所に行く途中でいい看板を見かけた。Oh, I saw a great sign on the way to the bus stop.

了解。できれば、そうする。

Soggy Thursday

Biked to work in the rain...and it was a lot of rain...

Rough week...late post for Wednesday...

After Spanish, we went out for Vietnamese food, which was delicious!!

Then I was in bed by 9pm and slept 9 hours! Deeeelightful!

Tuesday's post--late again...

今週はなんとなく投稿が遅れている。なぜか分からないけどもうっチョイ頑張らなきゃかも。火曜日に自転車で出勤。。。帰りに雨が降りそうだった。

夕飯は魚介のエンチラーダで美味しかった。サラダちょっと足りないよね！
