While we were in Egmont, we took a hike to the Skookumchuk rapids. These are a few pictures--I have more on my camera but haven't downloaded them yet. The rapids were pretty calm...
The venue was beautiful...
The rapids actually get pretty big...
Big enough for some serious kayak surfing (if you know what you are doing, which I don't)
One photographer even saw a seal in the rapids...
