I finally went back to gym today and LOVED IT! It is a tiny little ladies-only gym near home...
Lots of treadmills and great new equipment...

３８歳でまた新しい人生。カナダで生活をするのは始めて。今まで覚えていないザンビア、よーく覚えているドバイや南アフリカ、大好きな日本、それで楽しいアメリカで生活してきた。カナダは寒いイメージがあるけど今まであったカナダ人は優しくて暖かい感じで楽しみにしています。
